             abstract = "A statistical model for Airbone Surveillance Radar image is 
                         proposed. The radar image represents the video signal detect by 
                         the radar. The amplitude image is modeling as a second order 
                         Markovian random process with Rayleigh distribution. The model can 
                         be used for radar signal processing simulation and radar image 
                         simulation. An example of radar image simulation is given. The 
                         proposed model can be extended for other kinds of Surveillance 
                         Radar.",
